Client Brief:
The client was launching a new-age commercial project spread across 1 lakh sq. ft. in Pimple Gurav, a fast-evolving micro-market in West Pune. The challenge was to build strong recall value in an area that previously offered only a handful of outdated commercial spaces. The client aimed to position the project as a landmark business destination and needed a full-scale marketing and branding rollout for the launch.

We started by identifying the project’s core strength—its location in West Pune and the modern scale of its development. From there, we focused on naming, branding, visual storytelling, and launch experience to position the project as the future-ready commercial hub of the region.

1. Brand Creation
- Project Name: Westmark – a blend of West + Landmark, symbolizing a new business landmark in West Pune.
- Tagline: Developed to align with the brand narrative and its promise of modern commercial spaces.
2. Visual Identity & Marketing Collateral
- 4K 3D Renders & Walkthrough: Created a high-quality visual walkthrough and photorealistic renders showcasing the project’s architecture, lobbies, office spaces, and elevation.
- Brochure (Two-Fold), 4-Pager & Leaflets: Designed to highlight amenities, plans, and USPs with a premium visual tone.
- A3 Presentation Sheet: Created for broker meetings and quick offline presentations.
3. Sales Kit
- Agreement for Sale, Enquiry Forms & Floor Plans
- Stationery Suite: Visiting cards, letterhead, branded notepads, envelopes (A4, A3, rectangular), and carry bags.
4. Media & Outreach
- Newspaper Insert & Ads: Designed full-page and quarter-page ads for local dailies to announce the launch.
- Invitation for Launch & Post-launch Thank You Cards: Developed to create a personalized experience for guests and early clients.
- Hoardings & Site Branding: Strategically placed OOH ads and comprehensive branding at the site to attract and convert walk-ins.
5. Digital Presence
- Single Page Website: Responsive, lead-generating website with integrated project walkthrough, enquiry form, location map, and key highlights.
Outcome
The project launched successfully with a high-impact event in Pimple Gurav, attended by channel partners, investors, and prospective buyers. The name Westmark quickly gained traction and established top-of-mind recall in the area. The project was well-received for its modern design, professional branding, and differentiated market positioning, leading to strong early bookings and sustained buzz post-launch.
